Hagemia is intended to be used as outpatient therapy rather than inpatient hospital treatment.
Insurance status, benefit limitations, Medicare status, or lack of coverage may affect routing.
Household size, income, and out-of-pocket medication costs may be reviewed for assistance options.
Some patients may need proof of insurance, income, Medicaid denial, or other support documents.
